Let's say for example you have been using a 'Priority field in your projects...

But then you realize that you cannot edit it; neither the colours of options or add a new 'Critical' option. This is because this field has been generated by Asana or used in a template.

You may also notice that this 'Priority' field is not the same as the 'Priority' field in your My tasks or in other projects...

...and that is because you have numerous similar 'Priority' fields in your library so not everyone is using the same one!
